Where Do Vegans Get Their Protein?

Dr. Opare Answers This Often Heard Question

Dr. Opare Answers This Often Heard Question

One of the questions vegans and vegetarians hear the most is "Where do you get your protein?" It seems the meat and dairy association has done an excellent job convincing us that without meat in our diet we will certainly not get enough protein.

This is a GREAT BIG LIE! In fact most folks eat TOO MUCH protein and this had negative effects on our health. Dr. Opare always says protein is the LAST thing you need to worry about.

Here is a segment from our Conscious Vegan class where he talks about protein, why we don't need to worry.
