How many ways can you add kale to a recipe? How about a kale cheeze spread/pate? Use it in nori rolls, to fill garden wraps, to stuff peppers or avocados, top tomatoes, or thin and use as a dressing or sauce. This recipe is part of my 50 Shades Of Vegan Kale Challenge


  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds soaked for at least one hour then drained and soaked
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • ground pepper to taste
  • 1/4 jalapeño  pepper (optional)

Place all ingredients into your food processor and process until you have a creamy consistency. Taste and add more salt or pepper as needed.
