Chipotle Mayonnaise

chipotlemayoA spicy and flavorful raw vegan spread to use on your sandwiches and veggies. 


  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 TBL olive oil
  • 1 tsp Himalayan crystal salt
  • 1 tsp chipotle pepper powder
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 TBL lemon juice
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water

Place all ingredient in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water as needed to allow the mayo to move in the blender.
