  1. Amazing! I’ve been (consistently) keeping a food journal for four days now and the journey has been magical. Thank you; it feels good to be in a healthy choices community

    • Makeba, I am so happy to hear that. Nana Kwaku always says that “You have everything you need to be healthy in you right now.” Listening within is such an important part. Glad you are a part of the community!

  2. It’s easy for me to be Vegan or Raw in the Spring and Summer but when Fall and Winter is where I kind of Backslide, I’m on information overload and your video came right on time because I am trying to get back on track. The video was helpful.

    • I am glad it helped. Many people have a harder time with raw in colder months. Time for more warming spices. I find a cup of tea can satisfy the desire for warm food too.

  3. Blessed love Sister Opare. My names is Peace Warden, I am interested in creating Medicinal Cannabis edibiles, from a raw or vegan prospective. any suggestions or ideas. I am going to be opening a place of healing and restoration in Jamaica next year.
