Something Old and Something New

Greetings good people! Nana Kwaku and I are working on a big project right now and are taking a brief break from posting here at Food For The Soul. We will be back at it with new recipes and new blog posts in mid to late July.

In the mean time you can dig into the archives here to stay inspired and on your plant-based game.
