I love smothies and I would like to find out one That will boost my energy.

Ana, Add high nutrient foods such as leafy greens. I also suggest looking at what else is happening to zap your energy. Are you sleeping enough? Eating right? Managing stress? A smoothie alone is not likely to do it.
